Inviting and tracking CAs
How invites work, what each status means, and how to follow CAs to certification.
How an invite works
When you assign a seat to a CA’s email, they receive an invite link. Clicking it signs them in (no password) and enrolls them in the course — claiming the seat also proves they own that email address.
Reading the statuses
On your Clinic page, each assigned CA shows a status:
- Invited — the invite was sent but they haven’t claimed it yet. You can revoke an unclaimed invite to free the seat.
- Joined — they claimed the seat and are finishing their intake.
- In training — they’ve onboarded and are working through the course.
Tracking progress
Your Clinic page lists every CA per course so you can see who’s invited, who’s joined, and who’s underway. Follow up with anyone still showing Invited if they haven’t claimed their seat.
Did an invite not arrive?
Ask the CA to check spam and confirm the email address you used. You can revoke and re-assign to resend. Still stuck? Contact support.
