How ChiroSmarts works
A quick tour of the platform — courses, your roadmap, and getting certified.
ChiroSmarts is an online training and compliance platform for Oregon Chiropractic Assistants (CAs). It handles two things:
- Initial certification — the state-required training to become a certified CA.
- Annual renewal — the continuing-education (CE) you take each year to stay current.
Your dashboard
After you sign in, your dashboard shows two things:
- Your courses — anything you’re enrolled in, with a link to keep watching.
- Your roadmap — a step-by-step checklist (create your account → finish the course → exam → certified) so you always know what’s next.
How you make progress
Courses are made of short video lessons. As you watch, the platform records how much of each lesson’s content you’ve actually covered (your seat time). Once you’ve watched enough of every lesson, your final exam unlocks. Pass it, and your certificate is generated automatically and emailed to you.
Running a clinic?
If you manage a clinic, you can buy a pool of training seats and assign them to your CAs, then track each person to certification. See Setting up your clinic.
